Honeywell Thermostats and Controls Chicago

Honeywell has been manufacturing thermostats and HVAC controls since 1885. The Honeywell Home brand — now owned by Resideo Technologies — is the most widely recognized thermostat brand in the United States. Their thermostats are compatible with virtually all 24V HVAC systems, making them a universal solution for any brand of equipment.

D's Air & Heating, Inc. installs Honeywell thermostats as part of new HVAC system installations and as standalone upgrades to existing systems. We install and professionally program all Honeywell models, including smart thermostats that require Wi-Fi setup and app configuration.

For Chicago homeowners with multi-zone systems, Honeywell's TrueZONE damper and zone control systems allow independent temperature control in different areas of the home. This is particularly useful in Chicago's two-flat and three-flat buildings, where different units may have different heating and cooling needs.

The Honeywell Home T9 and T10 Pro smart thermostats include room sensors that measure temperature and occupancy in multiple rooms. The thermostat adjusts based on where people are in the home, not just the temperature at the thermostat location. This is especially useful in Chicago homes where the thermostat may be in a hallway while the living spaces are at different temperatures.

Resideo's professional-grade controls include multi-stage thermostats for two-stage furnaces and heat pumps, commercial thermostats for larger buildings, and zone control panels for complex zoning systems. We install and service all Resideo commercial controls for Chicago businesses.

All thermostat installations include professional wiring, programming, and testing. We verify proper operation of all heating and cooling stages before leaving the job site.
