Peerless Boiler Replacement in Chicago
When a Peerless boiler fails or reaches the end of its service life, D's Air & Heating, Inc. provides fast, professional replacement throughout Chicago and the southwest suburbs. We stock or can quickly source the full Peerless residential and commercial lineup — minimizing downtime for your home or building.
A boiler replacement is an opportunity to upgrade efficiency. Many Chicago homes still have atmospheric cast-iron boilers installed 20 or more years ago. Replacing with a Peerless PureFire condensing model can reduce annual gas bills by 15–20% or more while eliminating chimney requirements.
D's Air & Heating, Inc. handles every aspect of the replacement — permit, removal, installation, venting, piping, controls, startup, and inspection. We do not subcontract. Every replacement includes a free Manual J heat loss calculation to ensure the new boiler is correctly sized.
Chicago requires a mechanical permit for boiler replacement. D's Air & Heating, Inc. pulls all required permits and coordinates the city inspection. IL License #2183457. Fully insured. Call (773) 940-0965 for a free in-home estimate.
