Cast Iron Radiator Replacement: Per radiator. Includes removal of old unit, new radiator supply and installation, and system pressure test.
Valve & Vent Replacement: Per valve or vent. Covers steam air vents, thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs), and supply/return valves.
Cast/Copper Fin Baseboard Installation (Full Project): Complete baseboard installation including piping, fittings, and system balancing. Price varies by linear footage and system complexity.
Additional Baseboard Section: Per additional section added to an existing baseboard system.
Service Call / Diagnostic: Covers travel and full diagnostics. Not deducted from repair or installation cost.
Services We Provide
Cast Iron Radiator Repair & Replacement
We diagnose and repair leaking, banging, or cold radiators. When replacement is the better value, we supply and install a matching cast iron radiator with a full pressure test.
Cast/Copper Fin Baseboard Installation
Full baseboard heating installation for new additions, renovations, or system upgrades. We size, supply, and install cast iron or copper fin baseboard elements with proper piping and balancing.
Piping Modifications & Upsizing
Undersized or corroded piping limits heat delivery. We modify or upsize supply and return lines to restore proper flow and system efficiency.
Air-Pressure Testing
After any repair or installation, we perform an air-pressure test to confirm system integrity before returning the boiler to service. Test results determine next steps.
System Balancing
Uneven heat across rooms is a balancing issue. We adjust zone valves, thermostatic radiator valves, and flow rates to deliver consistent comfort throughout your home.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty
All labor performed by D's Air & Heating, Inc. is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of service.
Manufacturer Warranty on Materials
Parts and materials supplied by D's Air & Heating, Inc. carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms vary by product.
No Warranty on Customer-Provided Equipment
D's Air & Heating, Inc. does not warranty labor performed on equipment or parts supplied by the customer.
Unforeseen Conditions Not Warrantied
Pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues discovered after work is completed that were not visible or diagnosable at the time of service are not covered under warranty.
Air-Pressure Test Determines Next Steps
All radiator and baseboard work concludes with an air-pressure test. The results of this test determine whether additional repairs are needed and are documented in the service record.
